Take Your Kids to the Golf Course Week is part of Family Golf Month, sponsored by the PGA of America in the United States and NGCOA in Canada. It's a chance for fathers and daughters to spend time together.
Take Your Kids to the Golf Course Week is a grassroots effort (no pun intended) designed to get more girls and boys interested in golf. Golf courses throughout the country may choose to hold this week on any of the four weeks of July, typically near the 4th of July holiday.
